A Catholic Girl on Her Way to Korea....

A personal blog about my journey from being directionless in the middle of nowhere to being a world-traveling, Catholic teacher and all of the random things in between.

Gosh, it has been ages since I’ve posted anything personal. Here’s an update on what has happened over the past few months:

  • I moved out of my mom’s house and into my own apartment.
  • I started working as a bookkeeper.
  • I co-teach the first/second grade Faith Formation class at my parish.
  • I started my fifth six month semester at WGU.
  • I started dating one of my close friends.

That’s about it, really. Life has been crazy and stressful, but I am very happy that I took control of my life and did something about it instead of staying at home and wallowing in my depression.

That being said, I would very much appreciate some prayers, especially for my boyfriend and our relationship.

Thank you.

I have water, sandalwood warming oil, a cozy sweatshirt, my Lady of Guadalupe blanket, and John Mayer playing on Spotify. I am going to finish at least half of all the assignments for my Pre-Clinical Experiences class and I am not going to let family drama or anything else get me down. God is good and I know everything will be resolved in His time.
